Admission Process in TAU

Texila American University’s (TAU) admission process for its various programmes is designed to identify the right candidates and offer them a place in the institution. The candidates are supported in this online admission process by an enrolment advisor and admission officer, helping them complete the admission procedure with ease.

Admission Requirements

Candidates must possess a qualification from an accredited institution, or institutions recognised by the Ministry of Education/government of the country they belong to. They are requested to read and understand the eligibility criteria for each program featured in the prospectus.

Evaluation and Selection

The documents submitted along with the application form are verified and evaluated at different levels for selection. Selection of candidates is also subject to successful completion of the online assessment test. Eligible candidates will be selected and issued with an eligibility letter.

Completing Application Process

The applicant must fill the online application form diligently, providing all the details requested, and remit the application fee online (international students). Candidates must provide (upload) necessary documents such as photograph, ID proof, academic credentials for their application to be considered and processed without delay.

Communication and Decision

Successful applicants are electronically notified of their selection and further admission formalities. The applicant will be sent more admission-related letters in stages.

Acceptance of Admission

The applicants must respond to the electronic notification of their selection by accepting and signing the admission letter using an appropriate method (e-signature) and by remitting the SEAT DEPOSIT fee to confirm their interest in the programme they applied for.

Confirmation of Application

The admission confirmation letter will be issued upon receiving the following:

  1. The first instalment of the fee.
  2. e-signature of the provisional admission letters.
Final Admission Formalities

On receipt of the required documents mentioned in the confirmation letter, and payment of prescribed fee for the program, the final admission letter is issued and the candidate is registered as a student of TAU.
